Mark D. Link

Mark Link graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and attended law school at the University of Georgia. Mr. Link is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Alabama and Florida as well as all the Federal District Courts in the State of Georgia. Mark Link is the author of Georgia Law of Damages and Punitive Damages in Georgia. Mr. Link has co-authored select personal injury articles for the plaintiffs’ bar including, “Punitive Damage Trial Preparation.” Mr. Link has also been a guest speaker for various seminars for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the National Business Institute (NBI). Mr. Link has narrowed his practice to car accident cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims. Mr. Link has successfully litigated personal injury and wrongful death claims involving products liability and automobile safety claims and municipal liability.
